When we first saw this space, it was still in the original 1950’s condition - original cabinets, appliances, and flooring in need of a major functional overhaul. We brought it into 2023 by changing the floor plan to take advantage of the spectacular mountain and sound views. Careful attention was paid to appliance and cabinet configuration to accommodate multiple uses. The result is a welcoming, modernized space perfect for entertaining guests or just enjoying the view while retaining the mid-century charm.
